°1 potato

°3 teaspoons Creole seasoning

°1 teaspoon black pepper

°2 tablespoons onion powder

°1 tablespoon garlic powder

°1 tablespoon of celery flakes

°1 tablespoon parsley

°1 cup water


Cut potatoes and carrots

Roast Beef – Season with ingredients and fry in a skillet over the stove

Arranged in a gratin plate

adding water

Add more Creole seasoning to taste and cover with aluminum foil

Bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours

Remove the pot – add the carrots and potatoes

Return to oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or as desired.
